Q:
How do I make transaction through this website?
A:
There are two ways; one is for affiliates and second is for the customers. Affiliates have to become member and Customer can send money any time during the office time or online if they are registered as a customer with us.
Q:
How quick will my money arrive in Pakistan?
A:
All cash payments are available for collection within 24 - 48 hours in the desired stations. Payments sent to a Pakistani bank accounts may take up to five working days.
Q:
Do I need any proof of ID?
A:
A proof of ID and a proof of address (i.e. Passport or Driving Licence and a copy of Utility Bill) will be required, if you're sending any payments above £599. For payments above £3,999 will be subject to our enhanced due diligence criteria
Q:
Can I do a transaction to any Bank in Pakistan?
A:
Yes you can send money to any bank in Pakistan and it will reach there in three to five working days.
Q:
how much fee I have to pay for each transaction?
A:
We do not charge any fee.

How can I make payment?
A:
Payments can be made in cash and online in our bank account
Q:
How will the beneficiary receive the money in Pakistan?
A:
Beneficiry must have Pakistani National ID card and will take this to our designated office as proof of ID and ask for the amount. They will sign and take said amount.

Can I make payment via credit or debit card?
A:
At present FGC Money does not accept payments by Credit Card or Debit Card.

How do I open an account with you (Individuals)?
A:
Before transacting with FGC you would either need to accept our online Terms & Conditions or complete and signed our Terms & Conditions together with: - a copy of your passport or driving licence. - a copy of a recent bank or credit card statement or utility bill issued in the past 3 months. You will get a great rate however often you use us, but if you set up an account there is no obligation to transact with FGC.
